Ryan Dahl e0a207c27a Begin moving static vars into struct for isolates. 
Only node.cc, stream_wrap.cc, and tcp_wrap.cc have been done. The rest still
need work.

Evented I/O for V8 javascript. Build Status

To build:

Unix/Macintosh (requires python >= 2.5.2):

./configure
make
make install

Windows:

vcbuild.bat

To run the tests:

Unix/Macintosh:

make test

Windows:

vcbuild.bat test

To build the documentation:

make doc

To read the documentation:
