Ben Noordhuis 83e5e20c2c build: remove _LARGEFILE_SOURCE, _FILE_OFFSET_BITS

Don't define the _LARGEFILE_SOURCE and _FILE_OFFSET_BITS flags, they're
inherited from libuv now.

To build:

Prerequisites (Unix only):

* Python 2.6 or 2.7
* GNU Make 3.81 or newer
* libexecinfo (FreeBSD and OpenBSD only)
