Sebastian Silbermann dfaed55825 Remove remaining usages of ReactTestUtils in tests unrelated to react-dom/test-util (#28534 )

Batched the remaining usages since these were straight forward.
Completes removal of `ReactTestUtils` from tests unrelated to
`react-dom/test-util` together with:
