## Summary

In rollup v1.19.4, The "treeshake.pureExternalModules" option is
deprecated. The "treeshake.moduleSideEffects" option should be used
instead, see
https://github.com/rollup/rollup/blob/v1.19.4/src/Graph.ts#L130.
