Ruslan Lesiutin 404ed92658 chore[devtools]: use react-window from npm and bump react-virtualized-auto-sizer to ^1.0.23 (#28408 )

1. Bumps `react-virtualized-auto-sizer` to 1.0.23, which has a fix for
cases with multiple realms -
https://github.com/bvaughn/react-virtualized-auto-sizer/pull/82
2. Removes `react-window` from react-devtools-shared/src/node_modules,
now listed as dependency in `package.json` and bumped to 1.8.10

Tested:
- Chrome extension
- Standalone shell with RN

React Concurrent Mode Profiler

This package contains the new/experimental "timeline" for React 18. This profiler exists as its own project because it was initially deployed as a standalone app. It has since been moved into the DevTools Profiler under the "Scheduling" tab. This package will likely eventually be moved into react-devtools-shared.
