Ouyang Yadong 56881b0d95 lib: enable TypedArray and DataView for the v8 module ...

This commit allow passing `TypedArray` and `DataView` to:
- v8.deserialize()
- new v8.Deserializer()
- v8.serializer.writeRawBytes()
