Chengzhong Wu 4612c793cb vm: expose hasTopLevelAwait on SourceTextModule ...

Expose `hasTopLevelAwait` and `hasAsyncGraph` on
`vm.SourceTextModule`.

`hasAsyncGraph` requires the module to be instantiated first.
