5005c3c72c lib,src: switch Buffer::kMaxLength to size_t
Change the type of `Buffer::kMaxLength` to size_t because upcoming
changes in V8 will allow typed arrays > 2 GB on 64 bits platforms.

Not all platforms handle file reads and writes > 2 GB though so keep
enforcing the 2 GB typed array limit for I/O operations.

6cb8e4b12c src: mark ArrayBuffers with free callbacks as untransferable
More precisely, make them untransferable if they were created through
*our* APIs, because those do not follow the improved free callback
mechanism that V8 uses now. All other ArrayBuffers can be transferred
between threads now, the assumption being that they were created in a
clean way that follows the V8 API on this.

This addresses a TODO comment.

take Persistents as arguments more generic so that they work with all

427fce711f src: fix check for accepting Buffers into Node’s allocator
This condition was incorrect. We currently take the fallback
path in default Node builds, which always works, but may come with
some overhead, whereas the intention was that we use the fast path
in this condition.

This is causing issues for embedders, because we would erroneously
try to take the fast path when they don’t provide a Node.js-style
`ArrayBufferAlloactor`, and crash as a consequence of that.

This also requires us to relax the check in the debugging ArrayBuffer
allocator a bit, because since d117e41e50, 0-sized ArrayBuffers
may actually point to allocations of size 1. Previously, that wasn’t
caught because the fallback path circumvented our ArrayBufferAllocator.

c6d29ccf5a buffer: do proper error propagation in addon methods
- Always fulfill the `MaybeLocal<>` contract by scheduling an
exception when returning an empty value. This was previously
inconsistent, with no way to know whether an exception was

- Make sure that memory is released exactly once in case of

memory or attempted to free it multiple times.

This should not really affect how `Buffer`s are created by
addons in practice, due to the low frequency with which

f8d69911be errors: use ERR_OUT_OF_RANGE for index errors
Remove ERR_INDEX_OUT_OF_RANGE in favor of ERR_OUT_OF_RANGE which is
capable of providing more detail. (In one instance, use
ERR_BUFFER_OUT_OF_BOUNDS which is more accurate in that one instance.)

c67d3d0c3c src: remove calls to SetWrapperClassId()
We have migrated from the deprecated RetainedObjectInfo API to
the new EmbedderGraph API, so there is no need to take care
of wrapper class ids anymore since they are dedicated to the
deprecated API (the new API uses a graph instead of ids to retrieve
info about nodes).

4286dcf17f src: refactor Environment::GetCurrent() usage
Make `Environment::GetCurrent()` return `nullptr` if the current
`Context` is not a Node.js context, and for the relevant usage of
this function, either:

- Switch to the better `GetCurrent(args)` variant
- Turn functions in to no-ops where it makes sense
- Make it a `CHECK`, i.e. an API requirement, where it make sense
- Leave a `TODO` comment for verifying what, if anything, is to be done
