ba6651ab4f doc: graduate Symbol.dispose/asyncDispose from experimental 
Now that Symbol.dispose and Symbol.asyncDispose have been
enabled by default and are expected to likely advance to
stage 4 this week, let's graduate them from experimental

7a40aa75a5 http: add setDefaultHeaders option to http.request 
This makes it possible to disable the various default headers directly
from the constructor. While this is possible for many use cases by
manually calling removeHeader on the request object instead, when
passing a raw header array to the request constructor the headers are
serialized and prepared to send immediately, and removeHeader cannot
subsequently be used.

With this change, it's now possible to 100% control sent request
headers by passing 'setDefaultHeaders: false' and a raw headers array to
http.request.

461722d64c doc: correct unsafe URL example in http docs 
The previous documentation example for converting `request.url` to an
`URL` object was unsafe, as it could allow a server crash through
malformed URL inputs and potentially enable host header attacks.

This commit revises the example to use string concatenation over the
usage of the `baseUrl` and removes the usage of the `req.headers.host`
as the authority part of the url, mitigating both the crash and security
risks by ensuring the host part of the URL remains controlled and
predictable.

655b327a4d doc: call out http(s).globalAgent default 
Despite the `http.Agent` stating:

> The default `http.globalAgent` that is used by `http.request()` has
> all of these values set to their respective defaults.

this isn't true anymore since node.js 19. Both, the http as well as the
https `globalAgent` now set `{ keepAlive: true, scheduling: 'lifo',
timeout: 5000 }` as options. `'lifo'` is the default anyway, but
`keepAlive` is turned off and no `timeout` is set on `new Agent()`.

Document the diverging behaviour in the `globalAgent` sections, remove
the false statement from `http.Agent` section, and extend the changelog
to call out the timeout change as well.

Ada 2.0
Node.js v18.17.0 comes with the latest version of the URL parser, Ada. This
update brings significant performance improvements to URL parsing, including
enhancements to the url.domainToASCII and url.domainToUnicode functions
in node:url.

Ada 2.0 has been integrated into the Node.js codebase, ensuring that all
parts of the application can benefit from the improved performance. Additionally,
Ada 2.0 features a significant performance boost over its predecessor, Ada 1.0.4,
while also eliminating the need for the ICU requirement for URL hostname parsing.
